Work-in-progress maps are incomplete maps that are still in development. There may be early versions released to show what it will be like, but be aware that you may encounter problems while playing a work-in-progress map (if available). Everything you see is subject to change and may not reflect the final product.
It's very helpful if you give mappers feedback on their work-in-progress maps!
